In house absentee voting is underway in Christian County for those who can’t make it to their polling place on Election Day.
Christian County Elections Coordinator Melinda Humphries says registered voters can cast an absentee ballot at the clerk’s office if they’re unable to be at their precinct between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. on November 5.
Absentee voting will be available during regular business hours and on the Saturday prior to Election Day.
There’s also still time to apply for a mail-in absentee ballot if you can’t make it to the clerk’s office. One can call 270-887-4105 to begin the application process.
