A rear-end collision involving three vehicles Tuesday afternoon on Fort Campbell Boulevard injured a Tennessee man.
The report from Hopkinsville police says it happened about 1:30 p.m. just south of the intersection with Clinic Drive.
All three vehicles were stopped when 21-year old Nathan Davis of Clarksville believed traffic was beginning to move again. He hit the accelerator and rear-ended a car driven by 68-year old Donnie Matthews of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, pushing it into the rear of a pickup operated by 56-year old James Buckner of Hopkinsville.
Matthews complained of neck and back pain and was taken by EMS to Jennie Stuart Medical Center.
No other injuries were reported in the incident.
