PeADD receives 2026 Community Collaboration from Change Award from Area IV

The Pennyrile Area Development District was recently presented with the 2026 Collaboration for Change Award by the Area IV Agency on Aging and Community Action Programs, Inc.

Area IV is a private nonprofit based in Indiana that works to respond to the needs of aging adults and their caregivers to promote independent living. At the nonprofit’s annual meeting on July 22 multiple awards were presented, including the Collaboration for Change Award which went to PeADD.

In an announcement, PeADD shared that the award belongs to the agency’s entire Veterans Directed Care Team whose work helps veterans receive the support they need to remain independent and receive care at home.
