The Christian County Sheriff’s Department has released additional information on a vehicle versus pedestrian collision that happened earlier this month.
According to the collision report, it happened on May 8 just after 4:30 a.m. in the southbound lanes of Interstate 169 when a vehicle driven by 30-year-old Ezequiel Sanchez of New Mexico collided with a pedestrian that had entered the roadway.
The pedestrian, who has since been identified as 35-year-old Edward Price of Hopkinsville, was flown by helicopter to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville for treatment.
