The Hoptown Hoppers have announced the addition of two more players for the 2026 season on Wednesday.
Caden Slaughter, a Clarksville, Tenn., native, who plays infield for Wisconsin-Whitewater will play for the Hoppers this summer. Slaughter played high school baseball at Rossview High School.
Mark Harmon, a catcher from Midway University, also will play for Hoptown this summer. Harmon hit .278 with five doubles and five RBI for Midway this spring.
Opening day for the Hoppers is May 29 against the Madisonville Miners. All home games this summer will be played at Hopkinsville High School.
Meet the Hoppers is scheduled for 5:30-7:30 p.m. on May 27 at Camo Caravan.
