The search continues for a missing Christian County woman, with Kentucky State Police asking for the public’s help in locating her.
According to a news release, 39-year-old Emerald “Emmy” Raeann Forgette was last seen during the early morning hours of Sunday, January 11 in the area of Hopkinsville Road in Nortonville. Forgette is described as a white female, standing approximately 5’5, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Investigative leads remain limited at this time, but troopers and detectives are utilizing multiple available resources in an effort to locate Forgette.
The Kentucky State Police is requesting continued assistance from the public by sharing official posts to increase awareness, checking personal property including abandoned buildings, sheds, basements, vehicles, campers, and other structures where someone may seek shelter during cold weather, and reviewing security or trail camera footage.
