Concrete patching work to begin near Exit 65 on I-24 in Trigg County

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet will begin a lane restriction on I-24 in Trigg County starting this week.

According to a news release, crews will begin a lane restriction to allow for concrete patching work that will run from between the 65-mile-marker and the 66-mile-marker. Restriction will last through the overnight hours as crews lay new concrete and then allow time for the concrete to dry.

Motorists should keep an eye out for signs directing traffic into an open lane, as work will alternate from one lane to the next. Work is expected to take approximately one week, weather permitting.
