A two-vehicle accident on East 9th Street near the Hucks Gas Station resulted in possible injuries on Thursday.
The collision occurred as Ricardo Telles of Hopkinsville was attempting to exit a parking lot and turn left onto East 9th Street. While turning, Telles was in the path of Jamauri Wilson of Hopkinsville who was traveling west on East 9th Street, resulting in the pair colliding.
Wilson reportedly told first responders that he attempted to slow down, but could not avoid the collision. Wilson was transported to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for possible injuries.
