It’s time to pick some winners—the Christian County Chamber of Commerce is now accepting nominations for the Small Business Compass Awards.
The Compass Awards are essentially a small business honors night, highlighting the businesses, industries and entrepreneurs that choose to call Hopkinsville and Christian County home. This is the community’s chance to nominate their favorites and those deserving of praise for helping make this community a better place to live, work and play.
The nomination form can be found on the Christian County Chamber of Commerce Facebook page and website, and there’s just a couple of guidelines. Only businesses who are members of the Chamber and are in good standing at the time of voting will be considered as legitimate nominees. And the voting deadline is January 24, so make sure to get those nominations in.
There are 12 categories to nominate for, including Agriculture/Agri-Business, Foodie Favorite, Friend of the Community, Health and Wellness, Hospitality Hero, Industrial/Commercial Services, Non-Profit, Specialized Service, Spirit of Entrepreneurialism, the Spark Award, Local Legacy and the Sunset Award.
