Hopkinsville Police arrested 48-year-old Datorian Caswell of Hopkinsville after he reportedly stole cases of beer from Huck’s Gas Station and threatened an employee on Sunday.
According to a report, an employee saw Caswell walking out the store with a case of beer and approached him. Caswell reportedly told the employee that if they wanted to live today then they should stay out of it and not tell anyone.
The employee reportedly saw that Caswell had up to seven more cases of beer in the back of his van before he left the scene. Officers later found Caswell and the van at a residence on Dawson Springs Road.
Caswell was detained and charged with second-degree robbery.
