Local grand jury issues indictments for endangerment, fleeing crimes

A Christian County Grand Jury issued indictments for wanton endangerment, fleeing and robbery crimes on Friday. 

Forty-one-year-old Michael Castle of Greensburg, Kentucky, was indicted for two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment and third-degree terroristic threatening after he reportedly engaged in conduct that created a substantial risk of injury or death for two individuals and also threatened one of them on August 21. 

Twenty-seven-year-old Tylon Holmes-Wells of Oak Grove was indicted for a slew of charges after he reportedly led law enforcement on a pursuit on August 18. He was indicted for first-degree fleeing or evading police, operating a vehicle on a suspended or revoked license, giving an officer false information, reckless driving, speeding and other lesser charges. 

Nineteen-year-old Cordell Brown of Hopkinsville was indicted for first-degree fleeing or evading police and fourth-degree domestic assault after he reportedly grabbed a victim by the arm resulting in a welt forming and threatened to beat them on July 20. When law enforcement arrived at the scene Brown reportedly fled. 

Fifty-seven-year-old Curtis McGee of Hopkinsville was indicted for first-degree robbery after he reportedly assaulted a victim and stole their bicycle on July 26.

Sixty-six-year-old Steve Ervin of Hopkinsville was indicted on four counts of possessing matter portraying a sex performance by a minor over the age of 12 after he was reportedly found to be in possession of over 300 files of child pornography and was arrested on August 13.
