Logan Co. man charged with child exploitation crimes

A Logan County man has been arrested by Kentucky State Police on charges related to child sexual abuse material.

According to Kentucky State Police, 25-year-old Zachary Anthony Stogner of Logan County was arrested following an investigation by the KSP Electronic Crime Branch. Stogner was allegedly procuring children online, and following an interview with him in August, equipment that was used to facilitate the crime was seized. 

Stogner is charged with one count of procuring a minor by electronic means, which is a class-C felony punishable by five to 10 years in prison.
