The Crumb Tray is Hopkinsville’s newest restaurant, and to celebrate its opening, the community joined restaurant staff on Friday to host a ribbon-cutting.
Martha White is a Hopkinsville native and the owner of The Crumb Tray. White says she has a love for cooking and has always wanted to dabble in entrepreneurship, so opening a restaurant brought those passions together.
White says she also wanted to expand the city’s restaurant variety, so she created a menu with items that other local restaurants may not have.
White says the menu includes a variety of grilled sandwiches and melts, alfredo pasta with homemade sauce, fish and chips, chicken and waffles and much more. The Crumb Tray also offers brunch.
White says she has been working toward opening The Crumb Tray since the beginning of the year and is amazed to see it become a reality and is happy to see people loving the food.
White says the restaurant’s bar will also be opening soon.
The Crumb Tray is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. The Crumb Tray is located at 1135 West 7th Street, and more information about the restaurant is available on Facebook at The Crumb Tray.
