The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet will be resuming daytime lane restrictions on I-24 in Trigg County starting on Monday.
The lane restrictions will be near the 62-mile-marker as crews work to repair damage to the steel beams on the Cerulean Road overpass—this project was paused in late April for additional engineering work.
Motorists should be alert for signs directing traffic to shift into the open lane in the work zone, and use appropriate caution while doing so.
The project is expected to be completed around September 19, weather permitting.
