A third person has been charged in connection with a fatal shooting that happened in the parking lot behind Mizu Japanese Cuisine earlier in August.
According to the Clarksville Police Department, 18-year-old Elijah De Sean Wade of Clarksville has been charged with tempering with evidence during the ongoing investigation into the shooting deaths of 18-year-old Noah Peterson and 24-year-old Makhi Richardson, both of Clarksville.
Two Clarksville residents, 20-year-old Havin James and 21-year-old Antario Hyrne have also been charged with evidence tampering.
As previously reported, investigation had determined that the incident began as a planned meeting between two groups, which escalated into a shootout, resulting in one person from each group being struck by gunfire.
