The Pennyrile Democratic Women’s Club is gearing up for the annual Ned Breathitt Fundraiser Dinner, and they have a great night planned with speakers and awards.
The dinner and silent auction will be held on October 11 at 5:30 p.m. at the Pioneers, Inc. Complex at 204 North Main Street in Hopkinsville. This year, the keynote speaker will be Tommy Wade, and he’ll talk about leadership, community engagement and civic responsibility.
Guests will also be able to enjoy dinner and a silent auction, with all proceeds to support to club’s local outreach and advocacy efforts. They’ll also hand out the Ned Breathitt Community Human Rights Award, which honors an individual who they feel exemplifies Governor Breathitt’s legacy of justice, equality and public service.
