Agricultural loans approved for projects across Ky., including locally

The Kentucky Agricultural Finance Corporation has approved 14 loans in the amount of roughly $3.1 million for projects across the state, and some of those are local. 

According to a news release, Beginning Farmer Loans in the amount of $250,000 are heading to Todd County and Logan counties—those loans are designed to assist individuals with some farming experience who desire to develop, expand, or buy into a farming operation.

One Horticulture Incentives Loan was approved in Calloway County totaling $250,000, and Calloway will also receive loans in the amount of $58,613 and $250,000 from the Ag. Infrastructure Loan Program.
