Two juvenile suspects were arrested Saturday after a call of shots fired on Spain Lane in Christian County.
According to the Christian County Sheriff’s Department, deputies responded to a call of an assault along with shots fired in the 100 block of Spain Lane. While heading to the scene, deputies located a vehicle matching the description of the suspect’s vehicle and conducted a traffic stop.
The occupants of the vehicle, both minors, were detained for questioning and investigation revealed they allegedly fired shots at a resident on Spain Lane. No gunshot related injuries were reported.
With the help of K9-unit Luca, deputies reportedly recovered items related to the incident in the area of the shooting.
The two were arrested and charged with first-degree wanton endangerment, second-degree assault and tampering with physical evidence.
