Christian County Public Schools students who are participating or planning to participate in a CCPS middle school or high school activity that requires a physical have the opportunity to get a free physical on Wednesday from 4:30-5:45 p.m. at the CCHS gymnasium.
This opportunity is open to youths currently in the fifth-11th grade.
Jennie Stuart Health will provide the free service for the CCPS and its athletes, who are encouraged to contact their coach for the KHSAA physical form.

It is vital that after receiving these forms parents/guardians complete the necessary information prior to free physical clinic. No students under the age of 18 can receive a physical unless this information has been completed and signed by a parent/guardian.
