Madisonville City Clerk, Kim Blue, was recognized as the 2025 Clerk of the Year at the Kentucky Municipal Clerks Association (KMCA) Spring Conference.
Blue was nominated for the award by Madisonville Mayor, Kevin Cotton, who recognized her dedication to the office of City Clerk and says she continues to go above and beyond for the team and city she serves.
Blue has served as the Madisonville city clerk since 2016, and according to a news release from the City of Madisonville, she has demonstrated immense dedication and knowledge in her position.
The KMCA is a professional organization that provides opportunities and resources for professional development and education.
