Members of the Todd County Animal Clinic celebrated their expansion and cut the ribbon on the Hopkinsville Animal Clinic on Monday.
Dr. Madie Orem is a Hopkinsville native and an associate veterinarian at the Todd County clinic. Orem says they were starting to outgrow their space in Elkton and decided last year to expand to Hopkinsville since many of their clients live here.
Orem is the primary veterinarian at the Hopkinsville clinic and says they can perform surgeries, hospitalize patients and take on emergencies during open hours.
By expanding to Hopkinsville, Orem says they can better serve and prioritize their clients and patients.
The Hopkinsville clinic is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and in the event of emergencies during closed hours, the Todd County clinic will be open. The clinic is located at 4032 Fort Campbell Blvd. and more information is available at hopkinsvilleanimal.com.
