Clarksville Christian knocks off Heritage Christian

Clarksville Christian scored six times in the second inning on the way to a 12-1, six-inning high school baseball win over Heritage Christian Academy Saturday at David Eddings Field.

The Centurions pitching allowed only three hits to the Warriors. Cadyn Travis, Ethan Miles, and Aaron Hensley led the way.

The Warriors’ held the Centurions to only one hit in the game, but the defense committed seven errors and the visitors took advantage of six walks.

HCA’s lone run came in the fifth inning when Travis scored on a passed ball.

The Warriors (2-6) return to action today at home against Russellville.
