Oak Grove Police arrested 41-year-old Lal Cung of Clarksville on Saturday for driving under the influence after he was involved in a two-vehicle accident.
According to a report, officers were alerted to a car accident on State Line Road where one of the drivers, later identified as Cung, was believed to intoxicated and attempting to flee from the scene.
At the scene officers, conducted a sobriety test on Cung and he reportedly showed signs of impairment. He was charged with possessing a license while privileges were revoked, possession of an open alcoholic beverage in a car, failure to maintain required insurance, driving on a DUI suspended license and his fourth offense of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol which is a felony.
