The Hopkinsville and Christian County high school swim teams held their postseason banquet Monday night.
The Jeffers Award went to Christian County High School’s Shemar Barker while Hopkinsville’s Grace Cansler picked up the Distinguished Athlete Award.
The Lady Tigers’ Kaley Bangart won the Out of the Blue Award and Rookie awards went to Christian County’s Sam Peck and Gracelyn Clark.
The Lady Colonels’ Addison Peck earned the Coaches’ Award.
Christian County swimmers earning Higgins Awards included Jackson Downey and Addison Renshaw.
Colonel swimmers earned Academic Excellence awards included Clark, Downey, Sarah Kate Gilliam, Kaydence Harrison, Alyssa Mace, Macy McGinnis, Kara Johnson, Kolyon Parker, Addison Peck, Samuel Peck, Addison Renshaw, and Lola Renshaw.
Hopkinsville swimmers earning the Higgins awards included Evelyn Bangart, Kaley Bangart, Cansler, Kaydon Coats, Madelin Macario, Saralynn Major, and Eliza Renshaw.
Tigers winning the Academic Excellence awards included Kayleigh Bane, Lia Beckham, Evelyn Bangart, Kaley Bangart, Cansler, Coats, Macario, Major, Eliza Renshaw, Jayden Richardson, Cooper Smith, Sophia Wyatt, and Lance Zigelhofer.
