Christian County High School was selected as a 2025 Ag Achiever Grant recipient.

The $5,000 grant will support the purchase of a starter flock of registered and commercial Dorper sheep. The school will use the remainder of the funds to improve equipment, lambing kits, show halters, and other essential updates to improve animal science education for the school.

The Kentucky FFA Association sponsored this grant, which was made possible through donations from the Ag Tag Fund and Universal Leaf. The grant was designed with Kentucky agriculture programs in mind and focuses on providing more hands on learning opportunities for students.
