The Christian County Sheriff’s Department has released details on a wreck that happened on the Edward T. Breathitt Parkway last week, and it seems like heavy rain was to blame.
According to the report, a vehicle driven by 23-year-old Isabella Lobner of Hopkinsville was heading southbound on the Parkway near the two-mile-marker when the vehicle lost traction on the wet roadway.
The vehicle entered the median and overturned, coming to a stop on its roof in the northbound lanes.
Lobner was transported to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for treatment to visible injuries to her arms.
