A Scottsville man was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Allen County Monday.
According to Kentucky State Police, the crash happened in the 3400 block of Franklin Road in Allen County and preliminary investigation determined that a vehicle operated by 44-year-old Charles Julian Jr. of Scottsville had been heading west when it crossed the center line.
From there, it collided with another vehicle driven by 40-year-old David Parker of Franklin.
Julian was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Allen County Coroner, while Parker was flown to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville for treatment.
