Local man arrested on burglary, criminal mischief charges

A Hopkinsville man was booked into the Christian County Jail on second-degree burglary charges Friday. 

Thirty-five-year-old Terrence Stepp of Hopkinsville was served a complaint warrant on charges of second-degree burglary, third-degree terroristic threatening and second-degree criminal mischief. That warrant was signed by Judge Foster Cotthoff on December 16.

Stepp had previously been found not guilty of murder by a jury in October of 2023.
