Christian County had eight undefeated wrestlers and claimed a pair of wins at the Clarksville High School Tri Dual Matches Tuesday night.
The Colonels defeated Clarksville High School 43-31 and Sycamore High School 74-6.
Undefeated wrestlers for the Colonels included Malachi James, Anthony Velasco, Braylan Patla, Dane Miller, Tay Martinez, Jaiden Williams, Cayden Hayden, and Treshawn Crenshaw.
Other Colonels winning matches included Nathan Harrison, Kevondre Young, Blake Waldrop, Deacon Harrison, Iyobosa Ogbes, and Isaiah Davidson.
“It was a great evening on the mats tonight,” Christian County Wrestling Coach Dee Leavell said. “I am beyond proud of our team.”
The Colonels are back on the mat Thursday evening at Paducah Tilghman to make up sectional duals.
