The Oak Grove Police Department announced that 36-year-old Brian Lee Kerr Jr. has been arrested as the primary suspect for the fatal shooting on December 28 at the Pilot Travel Center.
The shooting occurred in the parking lot of the travel center on Pembroke Oak Grove Road and resulted in the death of 37-year-old Dmytro Sebeniuk of Des Plaines, Illinois. Kerr is accused of shooting Sebeniuk before stealing his car and driving it to Humphreys County, Tennessee.
Kerr was arrested by Illinois State Police during a pursuit and is also wanted for multiple charges out of Maury and Humphreys Counties.
