The Kentucky Department of Agriculture is accepting 2025 internship applications from college students.
The internship program motivates students to apply for a position in the KDA if they have an interest in pursuing a career in agriculture or government. The internships will run from June to August and applicants must be enrolled in college, university, or vocational-technical programs.
Commissioner Jonathan Shell says, “Kentucky Department of Agriculture internships offer students the unique opportunity to work side by side with our amazing staff of employees. This experience can give students valuable insight to launch careers in agriculture or an ag-related field. If you are a college student with an interest in an agricultural career, we encourage you to apply.”
To apply for the summer internship applications can be found at the Kentucky Department of Agriculture’s website.
