Hopkinsville High School Announces Resignation of Boys Soccer Coach

Hopkinsville High School Principal Cindy Campbell, has announced Aaron Hutchinson has stepped down from his position as head coach of the HHS Boys Soccer team. Coach Hutchinson served three seasons as head coach of the Tigers. His overall record at Hopkinsville was 24-34-1.

“After careful consideration, I have made the decision to step down from my position as Hopkinsville High School’s Boys Soccer Coach, “said HHS coach Aaron Hutchinson. “While this is a bittersweet moment for me, I believe it is the right time for me to explore new opportunities and challenges, both personally and professionally. Coaching this team has been one of the most fulfilling and rewarding experiences of my life.

“Coach Hutchinson has done an exceptional job serving as our Boys Soccer Head Coach at Hopkinsville High School,” said Athletic Director Jacob Ezell.  “Coach Hutchinson is a very hard worker and will be missed on and off the field. We wish him the very best.”

Hopkinsville High School will begin the comprehensive search for a new head coach to lead the Tiger Soccer program in the coming weeks.
