The dates and pairings for the Region 2 Volleyball Tournament are set.
The tournament is scheduled to begin Monday night at Hopkinsville High School with District 6 champion Union County (14-7) meeting District 7 runner-up Madisonville-North Hopkins (9-23) at 5:30 p.m. The second game of the night will feature District 5 champion Crittenden County (19-4) against District 8 runner-up Christian County (12-18) at 7 p.m.
The Lady Rockets have defeated the Lady Colonels twice this season.
On Tuesday night, District 7 champion Caldwell County (18-9) will meet District 6 runner-up Henderson County (15-16) at 5:30 p.m. followed at 7 p.m. by District 8 champion Heritage Christian Academy (21-5) against District 5 runner-up Livingston Central (5-17).
HCA has swept the Lady Cardinals twice this season.
The semifinals are scheduled for 5:30 and 7 p.m. Wednesday and the championship match is scheduled for 6 p.m. Thursday.
