To encourage the safe disposal of prescription drugs, Saturday, October 26 marks National Take Back Day and the Oak Grove Police Department is inviting people to safely discard their unwanted or old prescription medications.
The Drug Enforcement Administration’s National Take Back Day started as a way to reduce the possibility of unneeded medications leading to possible harm.
Oak Grove Police will be hosting a prescription drug take back at the Oak Grove Walmart on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
