The Girls’ District 8 Soccer Tournament gets started tonight with top seed and host University Heights Academy taking on fourth seed Christian County at 5:30 p.m. At 7 p.m., second seed Hopkinsville will play third seed Fort Campbell.
The championship game is scheduled for 6 p.m. on Wednesday night.
Meanwhile, the Boys’ District 8 Soccer Tournament began Saturday afternoon with fourth seed Fort Campbell defeating fifth seed Heritage Christian Academy 10-2.
Kallan Davis had both goals for the Warriors, who saw their season come to an end with a 1-12-1 record.
Fort Campbell advances to play top seed and host UHA at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday night. Second seed Hopkinsville and third seed Christian County will play at 7 p.m. in the other semifinal. The boys’ championship is set for 6 p.m. Thursday night.
Tickets each night are $8 at the gate and are cash only.
