Oak Grove and Christian County will have a voice on the Kentucky League of Cities Board of Directors, after Oak Grove Tourism and Convention Commission Executive Director Traci Cunningham has joined the board.
Cunningham has served as the executive director for Oak Grove Tourism since 2004, so she brings to the board a wealth of experience and expertise, with a focus on setting KLC’s legislative agenda and leading legislative advocacy. The Kentucky League of Cities is an association of over 380 cities and municipal entities in the commonwealth.
In her time with Oak Grove, she was promoted Oak Grove as a regional destination and has done tremendous work in bolster tourism initiatives, leading to a burst in tourism impact to the local economy.
Cunningham is excited to serve, saying, “I am excited and honored to join this incredible team as a board member to represent the Kentucky Association of Convention and Visitors Bureaus. We have a great working relationship with the Kentucky League of Cities, and it only gets stronger every year.”
