Those craving authentic Italian cuisine can now grab a bite to eat at Sapore Ristorante and on Thursday the community joined restaurant staff to cut the ribbon on the new establishment.
Sapore opened its doors in September at the location that was once home to Novadell Restaurant. Before the ribbon was cut, attendees got to enjoy samples of dishes available on the restaurant’s menu. Buki Murati, one of the restaurant’s owners, says Sapore is one of the only restaurants in the region to offer authentic Italian food where all dishes are made in house.
Restaurant Manager, Emilie Castile described the ribbon cutting as an exciting occasion and says it was important for them to join the Christian County Chamber of Commerce to be a part of a family of other small and local businesses.
Castile also calls Novadell the perfect location for Sapore saying it’s great to serve authentic Italian meals at a restaurant with beautiful scenery.
Since opening, Murati and Castile say people have been enjoying Sapore and they are working on implementing customer recommendations.
Sapore is located at 500 Novadell Way and is open from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Tuesday through Thursday; from 4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and from noon to 7 p.m. on Sunday. The restaurant’s menu is available at Sapore Ristorante on Facebook.
