Hopkinsville High School celebrated Senior Night by routing visiting Butler County 8-0 Tuesday night in a girls’ high school soccer match.
Senior Rebecca Wood had four goals and an assist to pace the Lady Tigers, who ended a two-game losing skid.
Kaylyn Lynch had a pair of goals and an assist and Lauren Mayes added a goal and a pair of assists. Jessica Rodriguez scored her first goal of the season for Hoptown, which improved to 11-8-1.
Azaa Enkhtugs and Aubriana Johnson also had assists.
Jaleigha McFarland had one save and earned the shutout in goal.
Hoptown closes out the regular season Thursday night at home against Franklin-Simpson.
