Heritage Christian Academy’s cross-country team went to Paducah to compete in the St. Mary Invitational Saturday.
The Warriors placed 14th as a team led by Aaron Hensley’s 65th-place finish in a time of 21:27.26.
Others running for HCA included Josh Farmer (104, 23:53.12), Ryan Goforth (122, 26:33.34), and Kollin Stokes (139, 36.59.39).
In the middle school girls’ race, Lucy Smith represented HCA and took 67th place with a time of 28:42.25.
In the boys’ middle school race, Levi Johnston earned a seventh-place finish with a time of 16:07.53. Ben Hensley was 24th in 17:44.30. Luke Johnston was 58th in 24:01.39.
The Warriors claimed seventh place in the boys’ elementary school race led by Levi Geyer, who finished 44th in a tiem of 8:05.84. Colton Struble (45, 8:06:10), Judah Geyer (46, 8:10.36), Tristan Heltsley (59, 9:24.67) and Elijah Heltsley (85, 11:46.93) also ran for the Warriors.
