Three different Hopkinsville players scored and the Tigers defeated host Trigg County 3-0 Tuesday night in a boys’ high school soccer game.
Kyler Delvecchio, Erick Hernandez and Alexander Marcano scored for Hoptown, which ended a four-game losing streak and improved to 4-11 on the season.
Marcano and Mikel Ramirez both provided an assist. Landon Beaulieu saved six shots and earned the shutout win in goal.
Hopkinsville returns to action Thursday night in a District 8 showdown with Christian County.
