University Heights Academy sent its cross-country teams to compete Saturday in the Muhlenberg County Mustang Stampede in Greenville.
Jude Finch was the top runner in the high school division for the Blazers, taking 87th in 20:57.39. Zech Davis was 135th in 22:43.21.
Daviess County won the team title with 57 points and Apollo was second with 77.
Apollo’s Emmitt Brock won the individual crown with a time of 16:18.19.
In the middle school division, the Blazers’ Ronan Croney-Sallie scorched the course for a fifth-place finish in a time of 15:14.39. Garrett Bowling was 24th in 17:44.18 and Lane Loden was 81st in 24:44.91.
In the girls’ middle school meet, Molly Cavinder was the lone UHA representative, and she finished 53rd in 23:25.05.
