A two-vehicle collision between a passenger car and a semi-truck on the Pennyrile Parkway resulted in injuries on Saturday.
According to a report from the Christian County Sheriff’s Office, Rafal Jendrzejczak was driving semi-truck southbound on the parkway when Nicole King of Chicago rear ended him. Following the collision, King reportedly veered off the road and stopped at a tree line.
King was transported to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for suspected minor injuries to her forearm and neck.
When law enforcement made contact with King, a marijuana odor was reportedly coming from her car and a search revealed drug paraphernalia. As of right now, King has been charged with failure to maintain insurance and having no registration receipt.
