The Hopkinsville High School football team, which completed its preseason play on Thursday night with a 14-0 win over Fairdale in Louisville, opens its regular season Friday night against Greenwood in Bowling Green.
The game is the second of two games being played and is scheduled to kick off around 8:30 p.m.
The Tigers are looking to rebound from a 1-9 season a year ago.
