Former Christian County High School football player Cory Trice is with the Pittsburgh Steelers as they prepare to take on the Houston Texans Friday night.
Trice, who was set to make the team’s 53-man roster last year, suffered a knee injury late in camp. The 6-foot-3, 206-pounder is listed as a cornerback on the Steelers’ official team site.
Although going through his second camp, Trice, who played collegiately at Purdue University, is listed as a rookie. He was selected by the Steelers in the seventh round of the 2023 NFL Draft.
Trice finished his career with the Boilermakers with 105 tackles, five interceptions and two touchdowns.
