The Challenge House in Hopkinsville is hosting its 14th annual AT&T (Attitude, Training and Teamwork) program which features workforce and employment learning opportunities for teenagers.
The program kicked off on Monday and those enrolled will participate in workforce enrichment classes, resume and interview preparation, job shadowing and hands-on demonstrations. At the end of the program, those who completed it will earn $200 as their first paycheck along with a gift.
The program allows teenagers to gain work skills and find what career fields may interest them before they graduate high school. The two-week program concludes with a graduation ceremony on Friday, July 19 at Challenge House 7.
