A Clarksville woman was injured in a single-vehicle crash on Pembroke Road in Hopkinsville on Friday.
According to the Hopkinsville Police Department collision report, a vehicle operated by 36-year-old Jennifer Tucker of Clarksville was headed west on Pembroke Road around 2 p.m. when Tucker reportedly lost consciousness behind the wheel.
The vehicle went off the road, striking a mail box in the 3000 block of Pembroke Road before traveling through a ditch and striking a fire hydrant before coming to a stop.
Tucker was transported to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for treatment of injuries to her head.
