A Hopkinsville man is facing several charges following a collision on East 1st Street Tuesday night where he allegedly ran someone off the roadway.
According to the Hopkinsville Police Department report, 35-year-old Jeremy Tillman of Hopkinsville allegedly ran the victim’s vehicle off the road in the area of East 1st and Mechanic Street, causing them to strike a utility pole. He then allegedly threatened the victim further before leaving the scene.
Tillman was located and taken back into custody, as he had been arrested on a warrant for fourth-degree assault earlier in the day but had been released from jail. He is charged with first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree criminal mischief, third-degree terroristic threatening and violation of an emergency protective order.
