A Hopkinsville man is facing a felony theft charge in connection with the theft of a vehicle from North Main Street Sunday.
According to the Hopkinsville police report, the truck that was reported stolen from North Main on Sunday was located on Elizabeth Randle Road Monday, and 50-year-old Edmund Cunningham was found nearby. He allegedly matched the description of the suspect that was seen on camera unlawfully taking the vehicle.
He was arrested and charged with felony theft by unlawful taking of an automobile.
