The Christian County Public School System announced that Tiffany Gray has been affirmed as the principal for South Christian Elementary School.
Gray was serving as the assistant principal at South Christ, before the school’s Site-Based Decision Making Council agreed with Superintendent Chris Bentzel’s choice to hire Gray as principal.
According to a news release, Gray began her career with the school system as a substitute teacher and bus driver before she started teaching fourth grade math at South Christian in 2007. Gray has also served as an Instructional and Behavior Coach for three years before becoming an education administration program consultant with the Kentucky Department of Education.
Gray returned to the school system in 2019 to serve as the assistant principal at Freedom and South Christian Elementary Schools.
Gray says she is humbled, grateful and ready to be the next principal of South Christian Elementary School, which she describes as home and the start of her educational journey.
