The Kentucky Bands, Bourbon and Wine Festival will return to Oak Grove in July, in a celebration of music, beverages and community.
It will take place July 13 from noon until 9 p.m. at the Oak Grove War Memorial Walking Trail at 101 Walter Garrett Lane, where Kentucky’s renowned bourbon distilleries will be on hand, offering their most popular signature spirit. Wine lovers can indulge in a curated selection of wines from Kentucky’s burgeoning wineries and there will a variety of food trucks on hand.
Oak Grove Tourism Executive Director Traci Cunningham says, “The festival will feature performances by a diverse lineup of Kentucky’s finest bands, highlighting a variety of genres including bluegrass, country, rock, and jazz. Attendees can look forward to headlining acts by regional favorites, as well as emerging artists.”
She goes on to say, “Tourism is already a major part of our economy in Oak Grove. We have seen a significant increase in the number of attendees from all over at our two International & Regional award-winning signature festivals, visitors, business owners and residents have all played a significant role in the quick growth and economic development of this wonderful community.”
